Why not just love yourself?Why can't people just love themselves?..I mean,no matter what size you are or whatever you look like..shouldn't everyone take pride in the body they were given?
I think having contests to see who loses weight or something like that is just horrible,you don't need to be playing games with people to lose a few pounds to make yourself feel good,or even help with a physical ailment that you may have,that will lessen up/get a bit better or level out if stay in shape.
Hey,that's all good..If you're happy,you're happy..and if you're healthy then that's ten times better.
But really,if you don't need to lose it..if there's really NO REAL REASON to lose a bit of weight..Don't do it.
Just love yourself and your body.
